In this paper we consider a Wien-bridge sinusoidal oscillator when both its capacitors acquire fractional orders of unequal value. The symmetrical case with two capacitors of identical fractional order has already been investigated (Ahmad et al, 2001) and shown to be capable of sustaining sinusoidal oscillations. It will be shown that for unequal fractional orders, the complexity of the resulting solutions is increased considerably. However, for suitable values of amplifier gain, sinusoidal oscillations are still obtainable.
